Shipping Policy

Shipments to USA and Canada only. Every effort is made to ship your order by the next business day after your order. Unexpected delays do happen, if your order can not be shipped out within 3 business after purchase you will be notified. If your item is out of stock or on order from the manufacturer we will contact your with updated shipping schedules.
Shipping is USPS Priority mail or UPS Ground unless other arrangements are made. Average delivery time for USPS Priority Mail is 2 to 4 business days after shipping. UPS Ground is 1 to 5 business days depending on your location, we are located in Oregon.
USPS Priority International and UPS to Canada is available through the shopping cart and averages 5+ days depending on customs clearance.

On Special request Express shipping options through UPS or FedEX can be arranged but keep in mind that the cost will be high on the whips due to the length of the packages.

Return Policy

Unused item return: Items must be returned in new condition within 7 days of receipt. Buyer pays return shipping.

Returns or replacement due to construction or quality failure: Because of the extreme variety of uses and causes of any failure AditudeGear flags and poles will be considered on an individual basis for replacement within 60 days after purchase.
After 60 days NO REFUNDS or REPLACEMENTS.
 

Privacy Policy

Any personal information:names, addresses, phone numbers, ect.. obtained during transactions either via email, phone or in person will be kept strictly confidential. We will never solicit to individuals in any way unless permission is obtained for a special purpose. Businesses, clubs or requests for wholesale pricing may receive updates occasionally.
